PAINT SOLUTIONS & ASSOCIATES are Painting Contractors who engage in a range of commercial and domestic repaint projects including:

Special activities involving lead paint treatment in accordance with relevant Australian Standards.

Paint Maintenance Programmes where only those surfaces requiring repaint attention are fully painted, with remaining sound surfaces cleaned to present a surface free of soiling and contamination.

For all Projects a written quotation and standard contract complying with current Office of Home Building Regulations is furnished to the client for approval and acceptance.

Full insurance covers are maintained.

Programme details are fully discussed with client prior to commencement of Works and on commercial projects all resident's/tenant's are advised of pending Painting Works by written notice.

All Painting Works carry a warranty against faulty workmanship, premature breakdown or failure of paint for four (4) years from date of completion.

A Schedule of completed Colours and Finishes is furnished to the client on completion of the Works together with a small quantity of touch-up paint of each of the colours used.

Only Premium grade quality products (not "trade lines") are used and are obtained from major manufacturers such as Dulux and Wattyl.

Only fully experienced professional teams totally committed to customer satisfaction are used.

All Works are supervised on a daily basis to ensure quality of finished Painting Works
